    Proraso Pre Shave
    Williams
    B-400 by Tom
    Henckels Rapide
    Henckels Wedge
    CWR
    Thayer's Lemon WH
    Pinaud Vanilla

I started off with Proraso Pre Shave. The Williams Mug Shaving Soap face-lathered well with the B-400 badger brush. I did two passes with the Henckels Rapide Razor with a Henckels wedge blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Thayer's Lemon WH and then Pinaud Vanilla AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Where do you get that AS? I looked awhile back and couldn’t find it.

Tonight's shave was with a French Point, German made razor. I had a very nice shave, that left me BDBS(Baby Dolphin Butt Smooth). Zero issue, but a very very noisy razor.

    Razor- Hugo Rader, Solingen.
    Brush- B400 By Tom
    Soap- Arko/Sandalwood.
Aftershave- Shulton Old Spice Cologne. Smells the exact same as the regular lotion, and exactly the same strength. Mmmmm Mmmmm Good.

Your very welcome Jim. I'm glad you enjoy them. It took me a long time to find a good source for them, but now they are available for around $20 per 100, on eBay. They used to be way too expensive for me.

    Prep: Occams Crushed Lime
    Razor: Wilkinson Sword Classic
    Blade: Super-max Platinum
    Brush: Razorock Plissoft
    Soap: Tim's Soap Greek Peach
    Post: Dr. Jon's Conquest A/S

Got a decent shave yesterday. Haven't used the Tim's soap in a while, but it made a slick lather and smells like peach Greek yoguart. I did get a little irritation and a few nicks which may have been from the blade since it has been around a while. Finished off with Conquest aftershave.

    Prep: Musgo Real Classic
    Razor: Wilkinson Sword Classic
    Blade: Super-max Platinum
    Brush: Razorock Plissoft
    Soap: Jeeves Velvet Jacket
    Post: WSP Tobacco A/S

Excellent shave this afternoon. The Jeeves soap holds a ton of water and has all the good qualities one would look for in a shaving soap. The scent pairs well with WSP Tobacco, plus I threw some menthol crystals in the bottle so it felt nice and cold. Hope everyone is doing well and getting great shaves!

Thank you. James is an artist. I really like the classic Deco styling and the highly polished finish. The curves really fit my hand just perfect when gripping the handle.

    Shavettes and Jeeves January!

January 10 - Stirling Iced Coffee Review

Razor - Feather SS Artist Club
    Blades - [IMG] (4)
Soap - Jeeves of Hudson Street Bay Rum
    Brush - 30 DC LE
    Post - Alum

Another day on the SS with Pro blade and back to the Jeeves as well. 30DC brush for an incredibly, almost stupidly easy lather. I don't know what to say other than the lather was awesome, the Jeeves Bay Rum is unique and a very nice experience, and after two passes and some touch up on the neck I have a near-BBS. I didn't push it too hard to avoid irritation or blood. Alum was mostly quiet and no blood. Success!!

Warmer today with highs in the mid-50s. Supposed to be in the low 60s tomorrow until early afternoon, then we're headed down to 16 with some freezing rain and sleet. Oh the joys of the Lou in the winter!

SHAVE CREAM: The Art of Shaving - Lavender Essential Oil - for Sensitive Skin - face lather
POST SHAVE: Hot water rinse followed by application of CRYSTAL deodorant (deodorant stone - potassium alum)

Great 2-pass BBS shave with very minor touchups. Love this razor!
I was not happy with the KMF lather. Seemed a little thin and was even dissipated as I shaved. Must be arid in the house.
Next time I use KMF, I will apply something as a pre-shave to boost performance, cushion and slickness.
    Here's to the winners.
