Adam you are the man. I can't imagine covering that distance on a sportster.

That settles it...WW MUST be my next Clubman Reserve. As readers recall, I preferred that one first, but it became sold out. Were YOU the last buyer of the first batch?????:angry017:

No, they aren't. This one was a 2005 rubber mounted 1200, but it still wasn't a touring machine. Once I got it above 75 all I was doing was hanging on and hoping nothing went wrong. I put 25k miles on that bike in two years before I moved out of AZ, but I sold it after I moved to KS.
    I do miss riding.

I didn't even know the new Reserves were out until I saw your post here on the Gent's Gin, so I don't think I cleaned out the first batch. :)

Very cool picture. I am always amazed at how many more people will approach you at gas stops, overlooks etc to talk when you are on a bike than will if you are riding in a car.

Great looking brush. I had yet to see an Envy Fan. Looks like a great new option.

My Fatboy is lowered, and the center of gravity is so low it will almost hold itself upright long enough for you to stop at bar to have a burger and a beer. I get on a Sportster, and I feel like I am gonna dump every time I turn a corner.

My current bike, Yamaha Super Tenere is a beast. With the seat in the low position its over 32 inches and in high is close to 34 inches. This is my first non sport street bike and I set it up to fit me with a custom seat and suspension. I like that I can cross a state and then explore dirt roads and such without too much drama. The bike is much more capable on the dirt than I am. It is just to hard to muscle around a 600+ lb bike in serious conditions.

Oh, I just meant the Whiskey Woods was sold out-the other two were still available(at the time of my purchase).

I love the look of a Fat Boy, but they are pretty big bikes, even lowered.

I would love to have a dual sport bike, but I don’t see it happening. I have challenges with bigger bikes. I’m 5’8” but only have a 26.5 inch inseam. I like to go fast but can’t reach the ground on a lot of bikes. My last one was a Yamaha 1100 with a 24 inch seat height after it was lowered. My sporty was lowered as well.

Great looking bike. I've been blessed or cursed with long legs depending on the situation. Dual sports are very tall. My buddy Wade is 5'10" or so and rides a big dual sport with a seat heat of around 31 inches. He has to one foot most places and pick parking places carefully.

I have never measured mine. I bought it from a very good friend, who was a woman, and sat it just fine.

Did anyone tell that to the bike, cause I am not sure it heard.

That bike looks comfortable and stable. Nice.

You'll like that Clubman even more if you put it into a glass bottle and let it mellow for a little bit.

Back in focus, round 7 in the finishing stone challenge.

This round features Mastro Livi Gifrettos, both edges were nice but the Gokuymo 20k beat the Shapton glass 16k in smoothness and sharpness. The final score is a tie 3-3-1, I guess I just have to keep both stones.

I'll have to page back for complete comprehension. You were interested in seeing photos of the Cashmere knot? That I can do, too.

Yeah. I would like to see pics of cashmere knots that anyone has set. When I look at bare knots on Etsy, they remind me too much of the old Syntex brushes from Omega. But then I see @Norcalnewb has one that almost looks like a boar, and would like to see others.
