Great photo of a great set-up. That razor is sexy. I suppose I need to do some studying on them.

Ok....so, last night was pretty awesome. On Tuesday, I got into a conversation with a guy that hangs out a B/B. We have similar tastes in razors so I've been stalking him for months, checking out photos of his gear. Anyway, I asked how one goes about getting on the list to get a Wolfman. There is no list but he commences to tell me the best way to go about it. I won't post how I did it in public...but last night at about 10:30 I was actually able to put one in a cart and pay for it! I'm pretty excited. I had gotten over ever buying one. I think they are beautiful but put it out of my mind. In less than 48 hours of actively pursuing one directly from James, I did it! The problem is, it all went by so fast, I'm not real sure exactly what I ordered. I was fixated on getting the order in before my window closed.

Anyway, thought I'd share with the 30 DC crew.

Congrats. I am fortunate enough to have 2 Wolfman razors so I speak from personal experience. I am sure that you will enjoy whatever your ordered. I know you have other very high end razors but you are going to be utterly amazed with the fit and finish that James achieves.

Thank you. The razor does look great and works really well for me. I will say that if you are into wet shaving for the mastery of skills, the OneBlade is not for you. The razor is made to deliver near perfect shaves without any skill at all.

Thanks, men. I've been told James will call to confirm the order prior to making it. I am hoping so, that will give me the opportunity to nail down what I want...and beg him to sell me an additional head.

I'll take stainless steel...but I think I would prefer bronze or brass. Either way, like you two pointed out, it's a can't lose scenario.

I'm about to finish one-the Rte 66 Cavendish. Might even happen in the next go-round with it, which is tomorrow and Sat.

The Stirling Synthetic Pro-Handle provided for a nice smooth shave with the WSP Rustic Sandalwood soap.

I found the Wolfman OC with standard gap of 0.61mm to me more efficient and smoother than a New LC. It has a pretty wide angle to work with as well. My Wolfman Ti OC with the 0.74mm blade gap feels and shaves very similar to the Timeless OC 0.95mm. The 0.74mm Ti OC does have a narrower operating angle than the standard gap. I go back and forth on which I prefer on any given day. I guess it boils down to which one I am using that day.

Nice setup, though a plain Jane Omega??? Really??? Tell me you are just breaking in the knot to toss in a classier handle! :taunt002:
Awesome setup Rick! I've got to find me some Indiana Jones in a bottle!
I went to Stirling to see if they had anymore Iced Coffee the other day, no luck. Oh well, not like I needed more soap.
Nice setup John, I love my ER 1912, had a Gem Damaskeene that wasn't nearly as good for me.
    Excellent setup, Perry!
    Beautiful photo, Clint!
    Very nice composition!
Killer setup, Mark! How are you liking the Timeless lather bowl ?
