Last night, I saw a commercial for a "nose to toes" Eczema medication. Does that mean it doesn't work if you have Eczema on your scalp?

The strike patterns can be changed up too. Here's an example from my buddy and bass mentor:

Yes. I am about to post a pictorial of how to brew it. I love Yerba.

Step one. Fill vacuum bottles with 160f water.

    Step two:

Select a gourd (mate or cup) and the steel filter straw. Today I am using an Acero Mate that is stainless. Traditionalists use squash gourds. Gourds, however are high maintenance and prone to mold. I prefer glass or stainless for ease and cleanliness.

Pour cold water (60F) into empty side. Allow Yerba to absorb, about two minutes.[IMG]

    Step seven:

Slowly pour hot water into empty side. Allow to brew for a few seconds, then sip. Repeat this process, washing dry Yerba into the empty side, slowly filling and sipping. Add a sugar cube to pile if desired. [IMG]

    Yerba also has shiny things....

There are different bombillas (straws) for different Mate cuts and temps, and they range from mass produced to artisan. Lots of fun options. Also a pic of my glass gourd from Taragui, a popular Yerba brand, and metal work on the straws. [IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG]

Yes and no. It's a wild ride of deep flavor that fades into green tea as the water flows. One cup can take a liter of warm water, and each sip changes.
