Thank you, Clint. I am very pleased with the way Delta Echo refurbished my Gillette adjustables. Especially considering what junkers two of them were cosmetically when they went there.

 

The finish looks great. I have a couple of pistols with coated slides that have held up to a ton of use. I imagine the DE finish on the razor will look great for many years to come.

 

Andrew, our little 30 DC man makes his Friday appearance! It looks like he's focused on an important project.

 

Maybe try shaving next time without a blade.

These reports are getting boring, I bet. Same good shave with the G-Bar and PTFE blade. I've been really pleased with how the G-Bar has shaved with these coated blades. This razor could easily be my daily driver. It won't be as I love my injectors and like variety, but it's certainly a worthy razor. Thanks to @Linuxguile for locating one for me. His Andrew's Shave Shop is a real treat!

Thank you, Clint! Yes, you are spot on with that. Consistent, high quality shaves (what we personally deem as high quality) is our aim. I guess I'm achieving that with the G-Bar and also with the 66 from this month's focus.

 

A boring shave is a good shave. Keep it up.

Raining here today. Dayshifting again. More coffee please. Great shave this morning with some Boots products that Chris sent me and my 30DC brush. I like London drug store shave gear. The SA and 5ish day old dollar store blade gave a very nice shave. Nothing complicated or exciting. Perfect for a 0400 shave.

Another great shave this morning. Even though I still haven't mastered shave sticks with boar brushes, the two did play well enough together to get rich slick lather. Three passes and touch ups along my jawline and neck ended in a near perfect shave. Finished off the bottle of CC Bay Rum this morning. This was my first aftershave purchase when I joined the 30dc in January 2015 which unleashed a desire to try many different aftershaves. Not to worry, I have Krampert's Bay Rum arriving as a replacement. Off to the office for a short stop this morning and then run some errands. I hope everyone has a great Saturday.

I had a little extra time, so I did a full two pass shave. I ended with a BBS. It was just a smooth and easy shave. This is a terrific scent, and it set up the great shave.

My son joined me for the shave this morning, which just made it extra fun. He finished up is puck of VDH soap @Drygulch. My wife and are are heading to lunch without the kids today, so it should be a fun day. I hope everyone has a great day!
