Fortunately with this bunch, making sense is usually the last thing we worry about.

As promised yesterday, here is whats remaining on my Stirling Mountain Man sample. The first photo was what was left after my last shave and the second was after I relocated all of the soap to the center of the tin.

When they get down that point, it seems to always take longer to finish than I think it should.

Tabac Tuesday! Having too many soaps means not using any one often enough. This is one I'd be happy using every shave. Soused to apologize for letting it dry out while the boar soaked in warm water allowing the bowl to warm up. Not trying to reach the bottom of the tub o' soap, but loading well always gives thick slick creamy lather. Switching to the shorter 70mm handle, but keeping the scalloped guard bar and blade, the BB did what it does so well. Great audio & smooth glide on the stainless cap. I noted my grip is finger tips together surrounding the handle an inch under the cap. Guessing this helps compensate for the weight of the tool. Three passes with less clean-up needed as I'm finding the efficient angle of attack more often. Been skipping the alum as this cool dry air doesn't need help drying my skin. Think I'll use it next shave to see how well I'm avoiding pressure. Splashed on tobacco & leather Pinaud for that rugged manly scent, and I like the all day power of the cologne.
    Good Shaves Y'all!

    Thanks Clint & Andrew!
I've got 4 samples of Stirling I keep looking at but haven't unwrapped. A dozen or more great performing tubbed soaps, half a dozen creams, and no chance of joining in on the Finish A Soap Challenge. Even with carrying over my DECember Focus of decadent lathers. No hurries, no worries.

I'm fairly certain that Best Western provides Tabac along with their bath and shower soap. I just know that's why it is Jared's hotel of choice.
