Most people actually don't want and can't handle moral self autonomy. Their writings on human nature (Crowley and LaVey) are very insightful, and rightfully disturbing to those who only hold a cursory understanding of their own creeds and dogmas.

    Precisely.

I like to recommend Thomas Aquinas to many as a softer landing and point of departure into the world of moral introspection and 'faith'.

Nietsche (once we gather past the myth) also dealt heavily in the same themes. His concept of the Uber-mensch, as well as the practice of nihilism as an operant philosophy, seems to be the most likely philosophical underpinning of Thelema and some of the other dogmatic Satanic/Luciferian belief systems.

Agreed. The ubiquitous and the oft misunderstood "God is Dead" philosophical 'punchline'.

I wish more people read and understood philosophy and theology. It can be the study of wisdom and morality itself. It lends meaning to the chaos we live amongst. But again, true freedom scares most people.

    My musing for today....

Don't confuse tactics with strategy, or one will face defeat at the hands of those who know the difference.

"Tactics without strategy is the noise before the defeat."

Things worthwhile generally don't just happen. Luck is a fact, but should not be a factor. Good luck is what is left over after intelligence and effort have combined at their best. Negligence or indifference are usually viewed from an unlucky seat. The law of cause and effect and causality both work the same with inexorable exactitudes. Luck is the residue of design.

As long as we’re mussing upon our reality; anyone wanna take a swing at Elon Musk’s simulation discussion. I’ll bottom line my take on it- We’re in a simulation( not base reality) and it’s digital.
