  4. Beautiful razor and congrats on the new brush. You know you'll have to compare it to your CH2 Synthetic.

  6. I’ve had a really difficult week at work. One of those where my brain just keeps dwelling on a bad situation. This one had a personal element to it, as the other party involved not only chewed me out unnessecarily but questioned my integrity in the process. Real brain pollution to dwell on it.

All that is contrasted by this place. I open the thread this morning felling a bit bummed out and Andrew’s son greets me and puts things in perspective. Then the banter of friends reminds me that the important things in life haven’t changed. Thanks, guys!

That is one beautiful looking razor, Rick!

Feather in a Fatboy on 9? You two are enablers, and Charlie is the lead lemming. I’m strongly considering charging hard for the cliff, despite knowing the landing may be a bit rough...
  7. Sorry about her tough week, Randy. I hope the weekend helps set everything right.
  8. Randy, I hope the weekend helps with the situation.

  12. Here's @NCoxSTL back in the very early days of the 30 DC. Good times.

  13. My WSP Pure Badger looked like an inside-out umbrella after loading from the WSP Sandalwood soap this morning. Not sure what THAT is all about. I ended up with a good enough 2-pass shave though. Back to cream/foam until Wednesday.
  14. Charlie, I thought the first post with that picture was YOU, but now it couldn't have been.

  17. Use the Force, Randy. Close your eyes. Feel it. Use what you know. Ride the cap. Gentle, deft movements. Ride it to glory.

I'm sorry about your work situation. I've been in that place where my brain just won't leave something and just stews on it. It's not fun. I'm praying for you and for a resolution.

  18. Thanks Chris. Reminds me of the old commercial that said “A mind is a terrible thing...” or something like that...
  19. Thank you. I expect it is going to see a lot of use for a while.
  20. Isn't it...."What a terrible thing it is to lose one's mind"??
