Just join Against the Grain and wait for the next group buy later this year.

Gorgeous razor. I found that Feathers are the only blade I use in all my DE razors.

Gotta give a shoutout to @Drygulch for passing along some samples to me for my soap review thread. I'm enjoying the samples, and am up to 42 reviews and counting. Unfortunately, shaving with samples means my soap containers aren't very conducive to pretty pictures of shave gear each morning. So, to remedy this, I'm inserting a pretty picture of my complexion after the shave.

Glad the CVS blades are working better for you Neal!
I'm sorry the brush and the soap didn't work better for you, Chris. They sure look cool though!
    Another amazing shot, Clint!
    Very nice Jim!
John, my Stirling Boar splays quite a bit too but by no means would I call it floppy.
Glad you are having fun with the SRX, Charlie!
    Fantastic photo, Perry!
    Great shot, Mark!
    Very nice, Jason!
    Beautiful photo, James!

I paid $4 for the set, so I'm not too worried about it. The mug is a keeper, and I'd like to set another knot in the brush handle.

Should be easy enough, John, given that the handle has a metal 'knot holder'. After trimming, I'd drill it out with a Dremel or something similar. You won't need to worry about damaging the wood at all.

Ummm...I'm not familiar with this particular scent, Chris. Nice pic, though.

Boring and near perfect are good, Clint. Great photo as well.
The 'Crat Jr is a well-finished razor and looks very nice in your pic, Jim!
IMHO, you have too many nice brushes (the BK12 comes to mind) to shave with a mediocre knot, John.
Nice pic, Perry. I run the I1 with twin blades I got from @Screwtape. I feel guilty using the multiblade, but man it shaves nicely.
That photo makes that brush look even more amazing, Mark. Clint did a remarkable job with it.
Very nice, simple photo of top notch gear.

Thanks, Jason! I need to try that. I've got a couple of those vintage twin blades from @Screwtape still remaining. I'll do that soon!

Considering the shavettes tendency to bite? Dark side is Dark.
