    Proraso Pre Shave
    Tabac
    JR#259 Synthetic
    Gillette President
    Polsilver Super Iridium
    CWR
    Thayer's Lemon WH
    Aqua Velva Musk

I started off with Proraso Pre Shave. The Tabac Shaving Soap face-lathered well with the JR #259 Synthetic brush. I did two passes with the Gillette President Razor using a Polsilver Super Iridium blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Thayer's Lemon WH and then Aqua Velva Musk AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Yea it does help. I used to use a regular bowl to lather, and it make a big difference. Allows more air to get in the lather. I got this bowl in a trade so not sure where to get one from, but have been told there are textured bowls available at most local stores. If you bowl lather I highly recommend picking one up.

Prep: MLSW Sandalwood pre shave butter
    Razor: Wilkinson Sword Classic
    Blade: Pol-Silver
    Brush: Razorock BC Plissoft
    Soap: Reef Point Dragons Blood
Post: Reef Point Dragons Blood Balm

Nice shave this evening. Had a bit of burning sensation from the soap but was not bad. I still prefer Reef Points balm over the soap, although the performance of the soap is not bad by any means. Matching balm felt nice and soothing. Hope everyone is doing well and getting great shaves!

Hahaha yea I put Shick Injector because I don't know which model this is, although I believe it is a E type. Don't really know a lot about single edge razors so I'm still new to these things.

Tonight's shave was with a fine German Razor. I had a smooth 1 pass shave, that left me with a DFS. Excellent razor. I wouldn't hesitate getting another, if one could be found for a good price.

Razor- Dame Stoodard & Kendall. Boston. Made in Germany
    Brush- Stirling Boar
    Soap- Arko/Avon Spicy
    Aftershave- Family Dollars "Spice"

I have a friend in, believe it or not, Friendswood TX who swears by the Family Dollar Spice. Says it's just like the Shulton. What do you think?

A good clean 3 pass shave that was BBS all around. Just a smooth and efficient razor this Mamba. Paired with the KAI blade it cuts wonderfully. Another check for the smooth, mild but efficient brigade. It’s got my attention for sure. Have a great evening and shaves Gents... ;)

    2 days of growth
3 face washes of warm water
    sink of cool water
    old puck of soaked williams
    no name china boar brush
    Gem Contour razor
    1 use gem blade
    3 passes wtg,atg,e-w
    cool water face rinse
    Rush a/s balm
    Rush cologne

I had forgot how effortless the Contour razor was.I could have stopped at the first pass and had a good shave.I could have stopped at the second and had a darn fine shave. The third pass was basically a touch up.The balm was basically unneeded but smelled nice.
The Rush balm and cologne spray is one of the knock offs you get at discount stores. But it has some nice notes in it although its duration is only 3-4 hours.

    February 12 - A week with Williams. Day 4

    Razor - Gem MMOC
Blade - [IMG] ASR Carbon - CVS (1)
    Soap - Williams
    Brush - Semogue 620 Boar
    Post - Alum

Fresh blade in the OCMM and we're on Day 4 of the Williams week. I've just trying to stay consistent with how I get the lather and try and tweak it better each time and.....well it isn't getting worse. First pass I had lather through the end of the pass even if it was thinning. Second pass it seemed like it faded a bit faster but that may have been me slowing down a bit. I added a touch up run on my neck and got a bit heavy handed so the alum is a bit warm but not bad.

No real complaints. Nice DFS finish so all's well that ends well.
