It was really nice:). There’s just something about the fat.

That is putting it nicely. I don't think it is a very good looking razor. To me it is cool looking at best in a menacing sort of way.

Well, with just 4 days left in the month, I believe it is safe to project Vintage DE as the winner of the survey. I'd like to interview the one man who voted for carts, but it's kinda silly to interview yourself.

That can't be you then. The person who voted for carts doesn't want to admit it.

Lazy weekend shave today. Worked around the house in the morning and rewarded myself with a nice 2 pass’er. Great Soap Commander lather finished with a little balm on my neck (it has been quite cold here this week) and a splash of the excellent Spice.
    Have a great weekend all!

I am weak. I bought the Palmolive. Great COLD WATER shave with 2xWTG passes. I don't know if i'm imagining it, but it felt like as I rinsed between passes, the Palmolive felt like it left a slick, lubricating coating on my face!

    The Palmolive is good stuff.
If you are weak for buying one shave stick, I don’t know what that makes the rest of us on here...

15195040127140.jpg Today's shave just proved I have the technique down .

    1912 Gem travel razor
    Gem blade ( Thanks @Screwtape)
    Omega boar
Copper Hat Island Hopper scent soap
    Dickinson witch hazel
First time in my life ever I did a 1 pass shave . Hesitated , then lathered my head and went to work . I don't believe in only going half way . Good news is I didn't cut or nick anywhere and now I feel like a million bucks . I got this urge to go buy that bottle of Clubman AS . Enjoy your shaves fellas .

    Head & Face Shave
Pre-shave: hot shower & Nivea Men Sensitive Face Wash
    Brush: Barburys synthetic
    Soap: VDH Deluxe
    Razor: GEM Clog Pruf
    Blade: GEM Stainless (5)
Post-shave: Dickinson's Original WH, Nivea Men Sensitive PS Balm, Jeris Musk AS / Cologne

Since I'm mainly focusing on the SE razors this month, it was time to use the Clog Pruf. This was my first GEM SE. Now that I think of it, it was first SE razor. Now I have several. This razor performs very well for me. I shaved both the face and head and I since I didn't strived to catch the baby it was a comfortable, yet close enough shave.

I hope everyone is having a great weekend!
