    Monday shave: Everything seemed right with this shave so not sure how I ended up just short of BBS, still zero irritation. I am off to give out the bonuses to my staff today and then fly to Macau for some R&R.

    That would've been me. Your bottle looks slightly different, but I'd venture a guess they're the same. Pretty much pure powder scent. Nearly zero tingle. Short hang time. It does seem to have a bit more skincare properties than some of the others, such as Old Spice. It's not bad stuff for $1.00. Mine ran out, so I might have to splurge on another bottle when I'm up that way.

    Great new about your wife, Brian! Certainly could've been way worse! You had a bit of a scare for the trip home, no doubt.

    Had to do a run and gun shave today, so no time for a straight. :(

    -Gillette Black Handled Super Adjustable w/Feather (1)
    -Stirling 24mm Finest
    -Caties Bubbles Bay Rum
    -Ogallala Bay Rum Limes and Peppercorns

    I really, really enjoy the new iteration of Caties Bubbles. It is a great performing soap, and has a powerhouse level scent. This shave might have been a little rushed, but everything about it was first rate.

    Ok so it’s almost the end of the month and almost March madness!! We leave tomorrow to start our trip to japan and get there on the 28th. Then the day after the shavette madness begins! Hopefully Stirling does oconus and fpo address’s

    Unreal! That is completely awful to go through all that, drop that much money, only to have it get cancelled. Especially when everyone is already there! Your daughter got ripped off from her big opportunity. And, you, and a whole lot of others got screwed out of a bunch of time and money. Any more, nationwide, just a prediction of snow gets everything cancelled. It's all about liability...
