March 5th

Day 4 with the SC, first with a Sharp Star. Pulled one out after seeing lots of talk about it this week. This Sudsy Soapery whips up a really top tier lather, with a scent that I’d describe as ‘interesting’. A good start to Menthol Monday, though. I went with a 3 pass shave to knock down two days growth. I can ‘feel’ this blade more than a few others, it isn’t the same as my top 2 or 3 that I don’t even know are loaded. Good results, though.
Finished with the Clubman, as what matches interesting, other than a different ‘interesting’.

John @Screwtape covered most anything I could add to the adjustable options.

Somewhere in my collection of digitized vintage Gillette instruction sheets there was a pre-adjustable suggestion about being able to "adjust" a TTO by not tightening the knob all the way. Or maybe it was a 3 piece and handle? Sounds iffy to me, but it was right there in Official literature.

Jim @jimjo1031 maintains a downloadable folder of 90 or more photos for those interested. It covers 1904 Double ring to 1970's Techmatic. English, French, & German, too. Suitable for printing!

Holy Cow Adam! Makes you appreciate the smooth buttery shave of the finger shaver 1.0, doesn't it?
