A guy just told me he is going to pray to God that the restocking fee is used for medecine when I get sick. Mostly because he's going to pray to God that I get sick because I'm charging a restocking fee on a return. In front of his little daughter. I told him he should be ashamed of himself and he's a disgusting human. Then I kicked him out.

I have never been told that but I get some guys who will argue over a restocking fee until they are red in the face. Apparently it is my fault that the ECM they ordered wasn't the problem with their car. They just don't understand that I had to pay my dismantler money to remove the part that they thought they needed.

I see from your sig line you enjoy the Velva. They're givin it to us pretty hard over on the AS forum. Man! Some vehement sentiments in there.

 

I've been called all sorts of fun stuff but never been told that. It was a first for me.

I don't even take electrical items back. Period.

Man, that really bothered me and normally nothing does. Good thing my mouth didn't start running as it does sometimes.

Things you don't do - threaten me or my employees, yell at my employees or wish anyone harm. Do those things and I promise you I'll let you know exactly where that spark plug/driveshaft/clip/etc would fit quite nicely.

 

I still think Aqua Velva sucks.....freaky male teacher from my elementary school days.....Not as bad as Pinaud Lilac Vegetal....that smells like cat piss.....and I am being nice.

Here is another favorite of mine. Customer calls in and needs a wheel for a 2003 Subaru Legacy. I ask what size, 15,16 etc. They don't know. I then tell them I need to know to proceed. They say. Well it is red so just give me whatever came stock on it. Ready to laugh and scream at the same time tell them that it came STOCK with several options. They will argue and argue that they just want what it came with orginally until I tell them I don't know what it came with originally.

Another good one. I have actually had customers call and request a USED oil filter. Apparently they are just too expensive at the parts stores.

 

How about Fetzer valves and ball bearings? Got any of those?
