Did you try Firefox on the flash stick? Or different browsers?

I can't answer that one, but I hear that sometimes, late at night, Shep grabs the tub and just starts slathering it all over his body.

I think it's time for an intervention.

Not yet. I am on a network at work and if I change one I change all (I think, remember I am not an IT guy). I have found that if I open IE and then go to the TSD I have about 2 minutes where it works fine (or better than usual). After that it gets slow and thinks a lot. Once I am done posting I close TSD and then wait a minute or so and get back in and repeat the process. I still think it is odd that it works fine from home with IE.

    That's quite strange.

Not sure how your network is set up, so I'm not going to say much. Usually, though, if computers are just networked together, you've got the ability to install separate software on each computer.

In any event, trying the flash drive with Firefox installed is a good idea. I usually carry one of those around with me as well as a version of Linux on a 4 GB flash drive.

sol92258 I have no earthly idea

hmmm, sounds like ya'll may be on a hub instead of a switch...that would reslut in slower communication
may also be limited bandwidth...what do ya'll use as ISP? I know some places that just use a DSL connection because it's cheaper and will do all the basic stuff a small company needs, until you start wanting to browse, download and upload alot, then if everyone's on too, creates what you call a bottleneck
but, like Dom said, those are just assumptions without knowing your actual network

Have you forgotten sir? It was a PIF from the finest of gentlemen...you! It took me awhile, but I finally purchased a full tub.

I was going to ask the same thing. I haven't done it yet, but it's only because I haven't had time to go buy a stick. Sat. me thinks I'll be looking for one and then download mobile FF from that website JayKay gave me.

I'm no IT guy, but you should be able to plug in the flash stick to a USB and it will have no effect on your network. Whether or not the mobile FF works is another story. I haven't tried it yet either, but I do know you can accomplish it w/out screwing up the other computers on the network. Jim offers a pretty good explanation why you might be slowing down. What kind of high speed interet do you get in Buffalo? You might not have enough bandwidth to handle the load. While you're goofing off on TSD, your employees are goofing off on flashgames.com or something. :D

We have High Speed thru a company called Collins Communication. The funny thing is I didn't have the problem on B&B and I can still get on there and go fast as heck anytime.

So I bought a tub of truefitt and hill trafalger and the sampler pack of all of their creams, also got the tobs sample for shaving essentials.

I'm really debating about buying a whole container of lavender or rose, although the TOBS are a lot cheaper...
