    The Dry Dock shave bowl
    Trumper Sandalwood cream
Alum and TSD Milk Aftershave Sandalwood

The Trumper sample went out with a bang today. Great lather from the last dollop and hot water whipped together by the badger brush. After which ... Happiness is a pillowy soft heated badger brush spreading warm lather on your face...

Great setups and photos, Jared! the 30mm Yaqi's are massive!
    Heartbroken!
Great setup Neil! Although, running your 195 a little on the mild side aren't you ?
The Fatip doesn't look quite so menacing from that angle Rick!
    Congrats on another excellent shave!
    Beautiful photo, Clint!
That is a cool shavette, Jim!
Man she sure looks pretty! I'm SO happy that she went to someone who would appreciate her enough to get her restored!

Great shot John! I think I've adked you about the TSD milk before, but do you get any sort of greasy feeling after applying it ?

Good morning all. A lot of nice shaves and great pictures! Nice two pass with touch up. DFS. Some tingle from the alum but nothing too bad. A nice shave with one anomaly, a little weeper on the corner of my mouth. Tenth shave with the S1 and and this is the first time it drew blood. It wouldn't even be worth mentioning if it wasn't the first. Not sure what I did wrong. I'll pay more attention on my next shave.
Happy Friday and a good weekend to you all![IMG]

Very nice, Jim! Sometimes the angle or the pressure just gets away from you and a weeper is born.

Not boring at all, Neal. Besides, MAYhem isn't very far away...
Great pic, Rick. That Fatip doesn't look like a killer photo'ed from the top of the cap!
I don't particular enjoy Shave Sticks as a rule, either, but I do enjoy the Palmolive in stick form. Haven't worked the soap version in a bowl, yet.
Stunning photo, Clint. While I sympathize that you feel your home is very quiet without your family there, I would point out that March Madness is on, and I assume you have access to the fridge...
Sounds like a great new soap addition, Jim. I was just thinking you needed another Shavette...
Sounds like a great shave, John. I got a sample of Trumper's Sandalwood from @BaylorGator awhile ago, you've inspired me to break it out soon.

Thanks again for this awesome razor, Andrew. As you know, she was pretty beat up, but once I realized what a great shaver it was, the condition just made the decision to replate it very easy. I hope I haven't started another 'disorder' as I've looked at my NEW LC with no plating on the top cap and thought 'Hmmm...Gold plating or Delta Echo...':shocked029:

You probably didn't do anything wrong if the blood is just a weeper. A slight skin imperfection, etc, can result in a weeper. 10 shaves with no blood is great work!

Wonderful photo Jim. Bravo. Likely a little too much pressure caused the weeper. That's what usually happens to me.

Thank you Jason. I did watch some of the games yesterday. Sadly these meds have limited my adult beverage consumption to the point that I rarely even drink one anymore. Honestly I do miss my beer on the weekends but on the positive side the meds seem to be working.

    Rapira Super Stainless (2)
    Simpson's CH2 Synthetic (27mm, Destroyer class)
    Stirling Baker Street

Didn't have time to pick out a new setup for today's shave so I went with the SLOC loaded with the Rapira SS again. I did decide to engage The Soap Destroyer into an assault on the Baker Street Sample which now probably only has 2 more shaves left in it. I will redistribute the remaining soap to the center of the bowl before my next shave with it. Another nice comfortable shave this morning and the slickness of the Stirling lather definitely help with the tugging that I experienced yesterday but the shave fell well short of BBS but there was no irritation so I'll take it. Have a great weekend everyone!

Thank you, Jason! You can never have too many shavettes!

I have to admit, I saw this one after @Drygulch's post a while back on his cut. This looked like a possible solution. I bought it in the name of science.
