Great lineup and photo Andrew. I had to do the same with my remaining Jeeves Bay Rum soap. Fantastic picture of Logan.

    NCoxSTL AAACK!

Just catching up on a few things now that I have a full screen in front of me again. We're halfway through the month of March and Cookies are winning the poll! Although, I've seen some numbers flip flop there so I feel like there might be some potential interference in the process. That's ok. This is a Russian blade cartel after all. We're on pace to pass 200 pages, which is getting to be very common for this group. Gotta love it! As a comparison, in 2015 we had 22 pages in March. In 2016 we had 71 and last year we had 145. Growth is good!

Keep those fantastic shaves coming and....for those of you learning shavettes......it's all downhill from here. You've made it to the halfway mark and I know you're seeing much better results already. It just gets better from here!

We're off to run a few errands in a bit, but as it's my day off I plan to practice one of my favorite hobbies.

    Have a great day!

A grandson pic MIGHT be enough of a recompense.

That the face view. Ride the cap FTW!

I heard Ride the Cap, but the Fatip taught me how it tames an aggressive beast. Stick soaps make sense for face lathering, but I prefer to load a brush from a container and bowl lather. Throwback to Decadent December lessons on making my soaps perform. I put my Arko stick in a small plastic tub that's just right to swirl all my brushes. Only had one of the Rubbermaid containers so I'm on the hunt for more of a similar size.

Hi Charlie...I think I am feeling a bit better. Not 100%, but the Tylenols seem to be helping. Day at a time. As for the brushes, I have 2 Stoylins(li'l brudder and a 26 mm synth), a Jayaruh(#59), and a Crown King Spindle Duro Tali. For appearance, I'll go with the Crown King by a nose over the Jayaruh. For performance, I'm quite satisfied with the 4 I have. I must say the "lil" brudder" does me good for a small brush. But these brush comments, relative to your question about choosing the one I like most, and why, , could be a bit premature, as I just entered Doc Ezlovan's "Brush Giveaway" contest(click for info on the Stoylin website). Any of the ones he has in the contest look better than the 4 I have(besides Lee's Badger). Perhaps I should finish my answer if I win the contest. Or if I am ONE of the winners.*
