Sounds like a plan, Adam. My ‘paying for wedding plan’ is I’m hoping that after school my daughter will be so wrapped up in a rewarding career that she’ll put off the thought of getting married for a number of years...in actuality, like @clint64, it will be my wife’s call.

I did end up sanding the glue plug down on the bottom and the sides, then rounding the corner to get it out. Some of the hairs were lost on the edge, and it has shed a little bit. Wouldn't trade it for a smaller one though, love the big knot. I have to be careful not to get soap in my eyes when I smash this down and splay it out on my face. It will cover from eye to jaw pretty easily. My favorite brush, hands down.

 

But it feels so good! Glacial Lemon Chill is a sample I have and it's amazing.

 

Yeah, there is a reason I haven't asked yet.

 

Can you quantify how much colder/more menthol there is compared to the Iced Pineapple ?

 

I did pick up the Glacial Lemon Chill PSB because straight lemon is one of my absolute favorite citrus scents.

 

If a Glacial was 10 on a scale of 1-10 then Iced Pineapple is maybe a 3 or 4? That's a tough question. The Glacials feels so good. Iced Pineapple gives me a tingle of menthol feeling and not the overall Glacial blast.

I believe you've become a menthol head. I can barley stand the amount of menthol in Iced Pineapple to shave with. OK, here another question , Have you used the Glacial PSB ? If so how does it compare face feel wise without using a mentholated soap vs the feel of the Glacial soap with no mentholated aftershave product ?

 

Thank you Jason. The girls gave me a couple of pieces of motorcycle art that now life on the bar. I was looking for a different spot to take a photo and decided to use bar with the prop.

 

Yep, used a little Glacial balm this morning! I have the unscented glacial balm. Great stuff! You pose an interesting question. To me, the Glacial soaps are colder than the balm. The balm is chilly for sure, but I think the Glacial soaps and aftershaves are colder. Putting on the balm after a non-menthol soap doesn't feel super cold to me.

Don't think I've used a Glacial soap and a non-mentholated aftershave. Today I used some Jeeves splash (which has a good menthol kick) and then topped it off with the balm. It was all pretty cold and enjoyable.

 

I think I'll just have to pick up a sample of a glacial soap sometime to see if I can tolerate it.

Yup, I love those big Omegas too. Ridiculously cheap as well.

 

Andrew poses an interesting question-comparison of two Glacials on cold/menthol quality. I might be able to do that if I still have some Wintergreen left and decide to try the Lemon Chill, but who knows when that might be?
