I found some NOS store brand from the 70's super stainless blades. I'm trying to get some pics, but I was informed that they say "Made in Israel". I think they're from the 70's due to that's when the store closed its doors permanently. If I pick up the lot it would about 6.50 a hundred.
I was informed sight unseen, but my question is do think the may be decent being store brand?
Sorry for the vague question, I try to get additional info.

So the main facts I have are:

    1) Store brand
    2) Super Stainless
    3) Made in Israel
    4) 1970's or before

Almost definitely some kind of Personna blade.

That was my thought, but I heard there are varying degrees of quality of them.

Personna blades from Israel are smooth shaver's. Personna in the 70's was an American owned company so the blades may be newer if in fact they were made in Israel for a supermarket here in the states.

Look like ones for a barbershop or hospital.

For that price, why not. They should be good blades.

Those might be Pre - packaged Personna Reds, or Med Prep (Blues) blades. I use both and they are great blades.

:signs011: I'm not confirming identification, but I share the opinion about the quality of the blades.

I have Vikings Sword and Q-ball blades made in Israel from Israel. I'm not sure if they are made by Personna or not, but both are really good blades. I use the Vikings Sword regularly. :)

Working on a meet with the gentleman (you know how that can be). I'll post some pics and a review when in hand.

Those look very similar to some hospital blades of the same era (maybe '60s) which I bought, except mine were stamped U.S. and came in a red wrapper, but were boxed much like that. Some of the best blades I ever used and you're price there is less than I gave. I'd jump on 'em.

If the date is accurate not only are the blades old but so is the pic.

Wouldn't it be cool if they turned out to be Personna 74's.

I’d say go for them! I like Personna blades, U.S. and Israeli. Maybe not my absolute favorites, but I like them, especially at that price.
