I have been unusually hard on Arko lately; and knowing that you are an "Arkoholic", I would like to offer my sincerest  apologies, if I have in anyway offended. :) Truth be known, Arko is a darn good soap. (aside from the odor) :scared003:

Ya see, a "screaming" bunt got him to second, because everyone expected me to drop it down the 3rd base line :)

Have you tried a PAL Injecto-Matic? My favorite injector, game changer! Props to @Billyfergie the master! :)

You can generally find a good deal on them in great shape. I think mine was like $13 at the antique store. It will give you a great shave and they are pretty cool looking, but like you said they are pretty aggressive and one needs to be careful. I sliced myself pretty good once not paying close enough attention.

It’s a real good budget soap with a mild scent. I like it.

    Soap - Proraso Sandalwood
Brush - Stirling Two Band Synthetic
    Post - Alum

March 27th. We are way too close to the end of March. Seems like just yesterday we starting the month, madness went MAD around here and now we're on the brink of the move. Two more days and then the hard labor begins. Still raining here, though the forecast says sun on Friday which is good. Then rain on Saturday. Just means Friday needs to be extra productive.

As for the final shaves of the month tonight was the last night on the Astra SP. Not because it's bad, just because I normally go three and out. The past three shaves with this setup have been extremely nice, relaxing, and efficient. Near-BBS result tonight with two passes and the hint of sandalwood still lingering is very nice.

Two more shaves in Cartel HQ 1.0. They'll be with, what else, the Mighty Voskhod! Then we'll see whether the first shave in HQ 2.0 is Friday or Saturday. Depends on my ability to move at the end of the day.
Wednesday is nearly upon us! Have a great day!
