I had tried to use the 1977 LP album of Billy Joel's The Stranger as my background for the SOTD photo, but I ran into set-up and tech issues and just gave it up. He's got some good songs on that album... e.g. The Good Die Young, and She's Always a Woman. Thought I would at least include a song from the album.... Everybody Has a Dream.

 

LC or SC, doesn’t matter. Great razors. Lets see a pic!

Serbian? Interesting. I’ve been to a metric tonne of international eateries, but have never tried Serbian. What would you compare it to?

It's official. The final shave for Cartel HQ 1.0. Fine DFS finish in two passes, everything is now in boxes awaiting tomorrow and I lowered the flag in preparation of the mighty move. I'll be up early in the morning. Way earlier than I like but you gotta do what you gotta do. The goal - have the truck unloaded by 5pm tomorrow and....dare I say.....be totally moved by end of day. We'll see how that goes.

Keep up the fine shaves and chatter around here while I'm scarce. I'll be mostly on my phone for a couple of days but will definitely catch back up Saturday evening. HQ will be up and running in time for Amazingly Awesomely awe-inspiring Arko Adjustable April - Alright?!

Wow , 99 posts later and I'm caught up. Some awesome awesome shave reports, pictures and commerodory on here today . John@screwtape you should write for shave weekly magazine with the way you wrote that post . I'm blown away by all these fantastic pics you guys post here also .
Was a great way to unwind after a good day of wrenching on the old truck I bought. May grab a shave before I turn in for the night since I got that scratchy feel that just irritates me sometimes. Only a couple days left on the shavette before April fools . Have a great evening gentlemen!

I have a two man crew to load and another one for the unload. 2 hours on each end. Plus a secret weapon in place to smooth it all out.

Nothing wrong with stepping back and getting your footing. I stepped back a couple of times early on. It's never a good thing to shave spooked. Get the confidence back on something you are comfy with, enjoy your shaves for a while, and climb back on the pain stick when you are fimd yourself wanting to.

Evening Gents, got a Rockwell 6c for as an Easter gift. So I unpacked it loaded a new GSB will the 3 plate, and wow, was the Shave harsh. Had a ton of blade feel, was incredibly harsh, face feels incredibly irritated. Not sure what I did wrong, any advice would be helpful.

I shaved on the rule. It ruled. Or I ruled it. BBS. You know. I was happy about that. Still am.

Ate some Denny's. Waitress was having a really bad day. I wasn't. She had to listen corny jokes until she finally cracked a smile and loosened up. I am mean like that.

Every day on this side of the dirt is a good one. Let's all remember that. We always have time.
