Finding cartoons attractive is not as uncommon as people think. Especially today with kids watching so many cartoons.

 

Afternoon SD'ers (yes Shave Den'ers). Today is my last day off until Christmas which stinks. I'm working straight through to the 23rd starting tomorrow. :angry019

Helped the neighbor put together their new computer this morning. Now I'm just going to veg and do nothing for the rest of the day. I'll watch the game tonight and get up to use the bathroom, but that'll be about it. I barely mustered the energy to type this.

Communal showering builds team spirit Jen. Enjoy it. In boot camp the toilets were all in a row with no wall separators. Just a line of toilets. You can only hold it for so long and then it's time to fore go modesty and embarrassment. At first it's very awkward, but after a week you're visiting with the guy next to you and joking it up like it's all normal.

And that's about as random an anything post I can come up with today.

What up Rolls. I don't think you sent me any TSD stuff. It was TGQ plus some stuff your son made. I haven't made my way through everything yet. Still working on it.

You're not weird Jen, just socialized. Nobody would think that bathroom story I mentioned is normal. I'm just saying you get used to it quite quickly and then it's no big deal. In any event you'll still have privacy with those curtains. My gym uses them and they're an effective barrier.

You're not weird. You have to remember, you're getting answers from guys on here and guys are much more used to this type of thing. Peeing in the bushes or the side of the road, Boy Scout Summer Camps, men's locker rooms and so on. Nothing wrong with modesty.

A lot of the issues of beauty has to do with wealth. When there was less to eat and people worked manual labor jobs it was beautiful to be bigger becasue that meant you had money to eat. Now since food is affordable to most it costs more money to remain thin there for that is what people strive for.

Actually we are socialized - just differently. Normal is as normal does. Consider what different cultures consider to be beautiful.

My boys always loved going to Chapel Hill for UNC football games because they got to pee on the wall. The men's urinals there is just a three faced tile wall with a gutter at the bottom to collect the urine for draining out. They thought is was so neat and wondered why all men's bathrooms couldn't be designed that way. But then, they are my boys!

Do the showers at least have an inner and an outer curtain so you have an area to change?

I grew up going to a local rec center where old hairy italian men walked around in towels or naked all day in the locker room steaming. So I dont have as much issue with nudity, that and I am also studying the human form now.
