Weekends are entirely to short. Back to work and Monday means C.O. Bigelow. A wonderful uneventful near perfect three pass shave. A splash of Fine Platinum and I think I might be ready for the day. I hope everyone has a great Monday.

A question for @clint64 and @Boojum1 (or anyone else who may have a Wolfman). I've decided that if I get another opportunity to grab a Wolfman this month I'm going to pull the trigger. I'm thinking that I will order the .67 or .74 OC and wanted to see what your impressions were. I like something a tad more aggressive, somewhere in the realm of a Gillette New is the sweet spot for me. What would you go with ?

Should be enough AV in there to last the month . I almost ordered one of those sayuri razors online . I forgot what they called it in there but it was something like eyebrow trimmer or along that line . Looks more difficult than the shavette since the handle is rigid .

10 or so of us attempted to shave with them last spring. They were a generous PIF from a few folks. I got mine from @cmorris357. The only problem with the whole idea was that they refused to actually cut hairs. I recall that @Drygulch even tried to strop his. Only @wchnu seems to have fond memories of the experience.

Kudos to you Chris! That's quite a testament to your friendship and integrity helping Neal with his move! I realize you two have history, and a long standing friendship, but for you to travel a long distance to lend a hand really says something - especially in this day and age. Quite the gentleman! :)

I dont have Arko but my plan for April is to use Derby shaving stick with Rockwell 6c (adjustable) and Dorco Prime blades all month

The Derby sticks should arrive in todays mail so I will begin starting tomorrow on this regimen.

And I am making a separate thread about Derby stick and will discover how many days it takes to consume the stick. Similar to
@Bama Samurai who did a similar thread and experiment using Arko. In my case I plan just to consume the stick to the 50% mark and then extrapolate the results. Because I am not keen on shaving with the same boring soap for over 3 months but will do so in the name of Science.

First shave of Arko/Adjustable April. Rubbed on the Arko, whipped up a decent lather, put the BB on 7 and had 3 nice passes to knock down 2 days growth. It had a PermaSharp in it from whenever the last time was I used the razor. If I left it in, it probably only had a day or two on it. Like @RyX , I’ll finish off a few of these used blades. Finished with the nice Reserve Spice to add some decent scent to the experience.
    Have a great day all!
