    The Filly was on my mind so it was an easy choice. And what a fabulous shave she gave. :happy036:A light touch brings out the best in this one. Super close shave with that nice Velcro sound throughout. Hard to beat this shave. :happy093:

    I was reminded in looking at an ad how the New Improved was marketed as an adjustable (like the Double/ Single Ring), and accordingly i backed off a quarter turn for the evening head shave. That's an efficient shave Jack.[​IMG][​IMG]

    Looking at the Barbershop A.S. reminds me of the frustration I went through when I ordered mine. I had it in the hot summer. Smelled great, but it was like giving my face a hot steambath. I still enjoy my B-shop soap though.

    The Arko shined today. Really thick and slick with help from the JR46 brush. It's days like this when I survey all the soaps on my counter and wonder why I have any other than Arko. Well, because it's fun, that's why. DUH!!!

    The Consul and Sharp Star brought the baby tonight with just a hint of fire from the alum. I was a little heavy handed on the touch ups, mostly because I was focusing more on how good the lather was. No blood or injuries to report so it's all good. I'll switch razor and blade tomorrow and keep right on going!

    The new HQ is taking shape very nicely. We actually had the kitchen in order so that we cooked dinner tonight instead of just heating up stuff we had prepared for the move or eating out. My desk is still not in order but it's getting there. Thursday and Friday will take care of that when I have some time off. Other than that it's a typical Spring in STL at the moment. High today was 70 with sunshine. A front pushed through, winds of 40-45 with higher gusts from the Northwest and we're going for a low of 27 tonight. All we need is a tornado and we'll have the entire cycle in a day!
