Second shave with my new GEM Jr and I must say, I'm loving it. Three pass shave that left me with a BBS shave. :happy036:

I have them in my shop! :bounce015:The only thing is that you have to cross load them into a keyed injector magazine and then use that to inject them into the razor.
    Beautiful N1 Rob!

I agree! I don't think I've paid more than $20 for any of my razors. They're all vintage and work great!

Do you like TEA TREE? If you do - than this is the ULTIMATE TEA TREE SHAVE hands down!
The Schick Repeater Type B2 really kicks A$$ with the PROLINE blade -- getting used to this razor and finally getting used to the different angle (this is not the same as the G, E, L, M, N, O) --
Pheonix Shaving as a new brush folks - 12.95 with a Faux Horse Knot and I strongly feel the faux horse knot is the BEST synth knot - and yes better than the Tuxedo or Plissoft - FLOPPY with Back bone - NOT TANGLE like a really horse hair knot - the GREEN RAY for the price really is a GREAT DEAL - the handle is a replica of a very obscure Ever Ready - and it is a perfect handle to pinch - and this is not that small - so dont think its a small brush,,,, also the colors rule -

    peace out - JAMIE

In complete agreement with you that the angle for the B injector is far different than letters E and on. I don't know about the angle of A, C, D, of F, because I haven't tried those. The angle of the B reminds me a lot of the angle for the Bunny injector that many of us tried a while back. Regardless, the B provides an excellent experience!

I love my Type N's Loaded with a TWIN there really is not much that beats it - also love the way that razor looks - modern yet vintage --- an enigma wrapped in a riddle? :bounce015:

You're right Jaime. A very sleek, modern look to it. I love the long handle. Makes it very maneuverable. ☺️

It's not much hassle Roby and very much worth the little effort required.
It's easier if there's already a blade in the magazine your feeding the Proline into.

    Brush: WDC-8/Maseto 24mm 2BF
    Soap: D.R. Harris Lavender Stick
    Razor: Igor (on loan)
    Blade: Gem Blue Star
Post: Warm then cold water rinse, Vitamin E Oil, Cella Eau de Lavande
    IMG_20180406_155623.jpg
First time with the Igor and I tried it on mid setting.
It's a very audible razor and has quite a bit of blade feel even on mid setting. Both helped me find and maintain the ideal angle.
When rinsing whilst shaving it needs a few shakes, as the head holds a lot of water, possibly even more than a 1924.
I'm very impressed indeed and it never ceases to amaze me just how talented some members of these forums are.
If this was for sale or a Kick Starter project I'd be all over it.
    Happy Shaving one and all.
