    It's actually a Foam, not a gel. I guess a foam fits somewhere in between a cream and gel in thickness.

    Quick question for someone - I think Jason @jtspartan might know:

    I went hunting through my boxed collection for the Star/Kampfe lathercatcher I was "positive" I had and couldn't find it. (In retrospect, I might possibly have bid on it on eBay, lost, but remembered it as having won). Anyway, I didn't find the Star/Kampfe but I did find a few Gillette OC NEWs. I can't tell which one they are though, SC or LC. When I looked at the base, they all have the Gillette diaomnd logo offset to the right side rather than in the middle. Which one is that?

    I know! I know! I had the same question. Andrew @Linuxguile said if the Gillette logo is centered it's a SC (which is what mine has). If it's off-set it's a LC.

    I'm a rookie with shavettes too. You think you're starting to get the knack for it and then they bite you. Be patient. Practice and it will come to you.

    Good afternoon gentlemen! I hope everyone is well.

    Wonderful shave today, nearly epic! I finished my two passes and everything was going so well I went for the third. I resisted the urge to do any touch ups but upon post shave inspection there was no need to. BBS and the alum was nearly silent.

    I went with the Gentleman on this shave. Great performance! I can't really comment on the scent, from what I can smell I like it. I'm saying allergies, I refuse to admit I'm getting sick. My internal clock hasn't flipped yet, I'm only getting three to four hours of sleep a day. Other than the plugged nose and scratchy throat I feel surprisingly good considering the lack of sleep.
