Yup. I agree. The 24 is not a real favorite of mine because I do not find it smooth.

My double edge razors are starting to get lonely. But with shaves this good, I may never go back.
Good thing I adopted this poor guy. I fixed him up, got the cap right, and gave him a good home.

I know exactly what you mean... I have a Futur clone that I ordered before my 1912 that arrived on the same day - I haven't touched it. The shaves with the SE razor are incredible! I think I'll be needing to rescue some more vintage Ever Ready razors!

I have been plucking up courage to retry my Futur, but honestly get such dependable Shaves from SE/Injectors
that I am not sure that I really want to.

I started off with Proraso Pre Shave. Jeff's Soap face-lathered well with the Jayaruh #268 synthetic horse brush. I did two passes with the Rolls Razor and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Thayer's Lemon WH and then Pinaud Clubman AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

A very nice Sunday morning shave, lovely bright scent, pity about the grey and murky weather.
    Happy Shaving one and all.

    Indeed ole bean...indeed.

Outstanding shave today from the M. The twin blade finally died so pushed in a personna and let it turned all the way up. Great lather from the ARKO stick with the 30DC brush. This wonderful shave was capped off with Clubman Musk.
