A little different backdrop today, Clint! Another stunning photo of a nice combo. I enjoy the TGN Finest knot as well.
Love the splash as well, Perry. Awesome stuff.
    Nice combo and picture, Jim!
Fantastic looking gear, Mark. That brush is a stunner, that's for sue.

    Pre-shave: hot shower
Brush: Cremo by Vie Long Horse Hair
    Soap: Proraso Red
    Razor: Ming Shi adjustable (@6)
    Blade: Crystal (3)
Post-shave: T.N. Dickinson's WH, Nivea Men Sensitive PS Balm, Proraso Sandalwood AS

Quick face shave this morning with the Ming Shi adjustable (set to 6). 2 easy passes and some neck clean-up and I was done with a DFS. I really like the Proraso Sandalwood soap and AS.... I don't use it enough.

    Happy shaves everyone!

That was a horrible trip home but I am glad you made it safe. Maybe you can catch up on some rest. Great photo and shave.

Great shave John. Couple of questions. How does the V1 compare to the V2 and how many plates?

Thank you Jason. My wife has a decorative tray filed with stones she uses during jewelry shoes. I decided it made a great backdrop for the SOTD. :D

Thank you all. A small price to pay for getting to live in the Rockies.

Shut up, Dude. We all know the Rockies are in Colorado. It’s where they make Coors.

Thanks Clint. You'd be proud of me. I got my taxes done early this year. Filed 'em yesterday. :happy036:

It would have been a great day here in my neck of the woods for a motorcycle ride. I hope that's on your agenda in the next few days now that tax season is over.

I'm enjoying my Shavemac knot, but it's a pip squeak compared to the Soap Destroyer. I think my Chubby 2 in Super spoiled me.

I am proud of you. For the first time in years, I got my taxes done early. I usually hate doing mine since I don't make money on that one. ;) Plus my wife asks tons of questions. :D Just kidding she's a good sport about it.

No riding for me this week or weekend. Asha and I are off to Phoenix to look for her an apartment. She is going to ASU for graduate school. Still on the payroll. :angry032:

I just replaced a knot for Mark using a smaller Shavemac Flat Top he purchased. I really like that knot. I might replace the TGN Finest in the Rover I am using this week. The CH2 brushes really do spoil you. At least my Synthetic ones have spoiled me.

Enjoy your time with Asha in Phoenix, Clint. You're having some exciting times with your daughters these days. You have much to be proud of! You'll be doing some traveling between AZ and KY over the next few years. I'm assuming Asha (and then Maya) will pursue her Doctorate along with a Postdoc, all the while remaining on the payroll. :)

I have a friend that assists elderly clients with their taxes, and he loves it. He goes through refresher training each year, so he's serious about it. He has tried to get me to join him, but I love my kids at the hospital more than doing taxes. Way more.

I think Asha and I will have a good time. It has been such a long time since my last visit to Phoenix, I am looking forward to the trip. Our agreement was that as long as the girls did not stop, get married or shack up, we would pay for grad school. Judging by their behavior thus far, I think they will both be on the payroll for quite sometime. At least I only have two. :D

After working with taxes and accounting for so many years, I don't want to volunteer for any more. In a perfect world, I would like to train a canine therapy dog to visit the hospital or similar facility. That way I can volunteer and a combine one of my passions. You are serving as an inspiration for planning time to volunteer after we finish with the girls.
