You'll have to ship me some of that to try...a bit similar to something I make called an ABT - Atomic Buffalo Turd.

brown loose sausage with BBQ rub of choice, drain
mix in brick of cream cheese and handfull or two shredded cheddar
core and de-seed jalapeno peppers
stuff peppers with sausage/cheese mixture
wrap in bacon
throw on smoker or grill indirect until bacon crisps

well, maybe not all that similar, but still darn good...

That sound pretty darn good. I am going to make that. How can you go wrong with sausage, cream and shredded cheese. Plus the bacon and jalapenos.

I am not a fan of cream cheese. hate cheesecake. Like cream cheese in some dips like a chili bean cheese dip but not much else.

I majored in sociology/criminal justice in college. Worked in the NE State Pen. for 3 years and loved it. The only downfall was the hours, never got to see my wife. Plus it just wasn't as lucrative as becoming an owner in a auto recycling business.

There are days I think I will return to something CJ related.

We own about 120 acres of land. On that land we place wrecked cars and lots and lots of trucks to resell the parts. I specialize in 98 and newer cars and trucks. We go to salvage pool/insurance auctions that have been totalled/wrecked. Bring em back to our place and inventory the parts that are still quality parts. It really is a great business. Most people still refer to us as junk yard but I don't sell junk. Most of my stuff has as good if not better warranties than new parts and you pay a fraction of the cost. Another perk of living in Wyoming is all of our body panels are rust free. They don't use salt out here so the boys from Michigan and Minnesota stock up while they are out here hunting big game.
