Thank you for rescuing all 3. (I always thank people who rescue animals-it kind of got in me to do that(thank people)since my trip to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary in Utah a few years ago. What fun that was! Best Friends holds annual Conferences and I hope to go to one before long. It's in LA this year.
I like the looks of many new brushes, but when I get close to purchasing one, I see one that needs rescuing. It's like seeing a pure bred cat or dog and saying how beautiful they are, but feeling the need to save the unwanted old dog or cat from being put down. I often feel my home is like the SPCA for brushes. I repair, re-knot, and polish them up for a new life in a new home. It's the SPCB.
