No reducers for the splash yet, just the milk.

Someplace sells them, but I'm hungry and you made me read this whole thread to catch up after throwing me in here to see your other question. :p So, now you have to wait till I eat. :D

Or just google. Of course, you'll need to know the neck size of that there bottle. Did Tracy send you the TSD bottle or a decant in some other bottle? Based on the description y'all are giving of Vetiver I'd guess he sent you the whole TSD bottle. :happy102

Hey, you're supposed to be reading this everyday anyways. Required reading. Remember??? :D Yes he sent me the whole TSD bottle. He took one whif and panzied out on me. We were actually gonna go halvzies on that order, but he didn't even want paid after smelling it. I'll just use my finger or find another bottle to put it in. I'm not giving up on the Vetiver so easily!!

    Enjoy your chow.

Thanks Sparky. You're a good egg. What ever happened with that tongue blow smiley dude? Go or no go?

Shep, for goodness sakes. Let the lady eat. Now you have gone and spoiled her dinner by mentioning Vetiver and scent in one sentence. :sick007

JoAnna I must give you credit. You obviously have to cook that stuff up in your house. The person who created the vetiver scent is laughing at us all.

    Indeed.

Whatever you do, don't do the Gillette Slide with that thing. Always use straight strokes. They are wicked looking.

Yes, everything else is just like a gillette or non slant. Just don't go at angles.

I was never any good at that whole slide the razor sideways while you pull it down your face anyway. When you say no angles what about this: Starting at the outside neck area (below the ear) and shaving upwards towards the center of the chin. Basically shaving at a 45 deg. angle but with the razor head remaining straight. Put another way, a diagonal ATG pass. Does that work?

Actually now that I think about it I guess the purpose of the slant is to do away with all those funky passes and techniques huh?

I wouldn't recommend the 45 with a straight head, that is basically a slide. Here is what I do.

    N-S pass 1-2 times
    Against the grain S-N
Go over problem areas with against the grain.
Touch up with some blade buffing and occasionally a J-Hook

I like the scent! I just couldn't get a good lather. It will definitely not go ignored but if I had to choose only one soap for the rest of my life it would certainly not be this one.

you haven't used it enough...keep at it and you will be able to get awesome lather from it.
