    Good morning friends. A fine three pass shave today with the Muhle R41 loaded with a Personna blade. Marvelous lather from the Wickham shave soap. I can't recommend it enough. Wonderful scent as well. I am smooth and refreshed. Enjoy your day friends. ☺️

    I used my Kiebitz straight razor this morning and had an excellent two pass shave.

    It was my first time using Maggards green apple shave soap. It’s an easy soap to lather and is slick enough for an SR shave. The fragrance is, well, like freshly picked green apples.

    I started off with Proraso Pre Shave. The Van Der Hagen Luxury Shaving Soap face-lathered well with the Jayaruh #284 synthetic brush. I did two passes with the Gillette 195 Fatboy Razor with an Astra SP blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Thayer's Lemon WH and then Aqua Velva Musk AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

    Same set-up as yesterday. And another great shave! I seem to be in a 2 day cycle right now. Perhaps starting this coming Sunday, I'll ride with the same combo (cream or soap, brush, razor, blade, aftershave) for the week. I really need to use up some stuff and zero in on a few items in my rotation.......you know, the ones that never let you down. I'm set with my 2 razors, 5 blade brands and 3 brushes. But the soaps....the creams.....the aftershaves.....what was I thinking?

    Cream: Coates Lavender
    Brush: Omega S10065
    Bowl: Dollar Tree salsa
    Razor: Fatip Grande
    Blade: Polsilver SI (6)
    Aftershave: HBG Bay Rum

    Soap: La Toja Cream
    Razor: Gillette Slim
    Blade: Vintage Schick Plus Platinum (1)
    Brush: Maggard Synthetic-24mmx56mm
    Aftershave: Country Club Classic Fougere

    WTG-XTG-ATG (adjusted angles for my beard)

    La Toja Cream today. 20 seconds to load the Maggard Synthetic brush. Easy, thick, slick, lather. I loaded a new Vintage Schick Plus Platinum in the Gillette Slim. Excellent smooth, close, shave. I finished with Country Club Classic Fougere.

    Heyyy...first eBarbershop product I've seen used by a member since joining. Are you enjoying it? Course I probably wouldn't get the Lilac, but I've always wondered about trying the eB's.
