Thanks, Jim. The hospital actually just called and told me to fast tonight because they might be able to slot me in tomorrow. I rather hope they can.

I can feel the Dilaudid starting to work now, so me and my cats are going to have a snooze. The physical pain hasn't been bad from the fracture, at least until the effort of getting back home. The psychic pain from the feeling of overwhelming stupidity about what I did seems likely to last a whole lot longer...

 

That would be nice to get in tomorrow, get that over with and start recovery. Sleep well.

Funny how those things seem to work out like that. Prayers do get answered, just not always how we want or think they may.

Glad progress is being made on the addition. Once the framing starts, it moves a bit faster.

 

Sorry to hear about the leg, John. I am glad you weren't hurt more seriously, though. I'll be praying the recovery goes well.

 

I literally flipped a coin between that and Docs Special Blend, or whatever it is. Went with the Docs.

It's a no shave day for me. Schedule just didn't work out to get one in today. The good news is that my best shaves almost always happen on two days of growth.
