Just like the title says; what are the differences? Let me just say that I don't think I've ever smelled either. I'm looking to order something new as far as AS or colognes and these two came to mind. Thanks.
I have no experience with sweet Tabac but regular Tabac is a nice and spicy scent. Not like cloves or a bay rum, a lot sharper than those. I consider bay rum to almost be buttery and to me Tabac is very not that smooth kind of smell. I know this is likely not super helpful as I am admittedly not good at describing scents.
I've only experienced Tabac, the shave soap & I do like the performance. If the other Tabac Original products are the same scent I'm not sure I'd choose them as AS or EDT but that's just my personal choice. The soap scent is acceptable and as some folks call it "Grandma's Purse", but I'm smelling the Certs mixed fruit breath mints. There's a write up over here at basenotes.
Never heard of sweet Tabac? I've been using the regular Tabac for a number of years, and still, haven't heard of sweet Tabac
Is this like the difference between sweet Sandalwood and the more manly kind made by Lee at Wet Shaving Products?
Ahh, I suppose the word can be overstated at times, but is that such a bad thing when a man does the overstating?
