As the individual deemed by the queen to be the official bloomer of goo, we must accept that any amount of water sufficient to soften a dry or semi dry soap to make lather is acceptable. We have individuals who submerge soap pucks in water, then choose to dump most of the magic elixer down the drain. There are minimalists who can get by on principles of maximum natural resource conservation. You may even find those closet sousers who grate Williams in order to maximize the soap surface area to be softened.
