Good evening gentlemen!

I had an ok shave this evening. I tried something different on my neck. I have been going north/south then south/north for my two passes. The hair on my neck grows every which way. I tried adams apple to ear and ear to adams apple with this shave. I got a closer shave on my neck but also some redness and irritation. I'm close to BBS face and neck but not worth the irritation.

While grabbing my soap from under the sink I spotted my synthetic brush, pretty much forgotten. It made a nice lather, felt good on the face, I don't know why I'm not more fond of it. I'll stick with it for at least the next few shaves.

I'm not noticing any deterioration in the Bolzano, if anything it feels smoother. Curious to see how long it lasts.

Shaved very early this morning, and then left town for a series of meetings. Smelled great at least! Have just returned and finally have a few minutes to post. Pulled the painstick this morning and had a functional 2 pass shave. Not great, but not gushing red either.

Third day in a row with the Gem Junior and Treet Super. Decided to grab another Stirling soap favorite. Off to the barbershop! The Pro Style synthetic loaded in about 8.4 seconds and provided enough lather for everyone tonight. Hope you enjoyed your share!

Two passes and touch up as my wife watched. She hadn't seen me use an old LC yet so was interested. No blood, very nice DFS finish, and even she commented on how loud the feedback was. Gotta love it! Tomorrow I'll grab a fresh blade for the Kampfe and give it a turn. I have added the Gem Junior to my list of future acquisitions. Pretty sure the Kampfe will follow it onto the list. Great shaves and very fun.

The Bolzano blade is a good one. German engineering at its finest.

 

Does that mean if you win it you'll be shaving your legs?

 

Never have, and don't plan to. Knowing Tom designed The Bunny with inspiration from Schick type H & F I'd like to have one of each.
