I think it really works best for those with coarse, hard to whack down whiskers which I do have. I can't grow much of a beard so I think my whiskers get back at me by being subborn. The slant slices the blade right on through them like nobody's business.

Im not that course. got good whiskers that come right off. I have stubble by the very end of the day. a good full beard takes about 28 days for me.
