Thank you Joanna @Queen of Blades, and @cliffb599 for donating a razor I've been hunting for since I tried one in a pass around. I think it might have been Tom @twhite that allowed his to travel.

I enjoy the anticipation of waiting for a package to arrive. Then I'll get to see if it's an M-1 with a handle insert with name, no dot on knob, black plastic clamshell case with clear lid (65-66) or a white plastic clamshell, clear lid, red liner (66-68). Or it might be a M2 with the dot on knob with a cross.

Either way I have Chick blades ready to load!

There would appear to be more to the M-1 than the M-2.

Chinese manufactured Schick blades. It got shortened to "Chicks" by someone before I tried my first Schick injector.

The photo came down before I could get a good close look at it. Being a Cased Razor is cool so either way I'm pleased to be the new user. Doesn't matter if it's an M-1, M-2, or an M-3.

Actually I have never heard of Fred basset until now. And I can tell that the writer definitely had one, it’s pretty spot on to the goofy stuff mine pulls.
