    Thank you, Jason. From the picture on the bottle, I would say some swingin' music makes it jitter. But, this is on the darker side of fougere scents, and since the bugs come when it gets dark, they called it Jitterbug.

    Tonight was Shave 26 I think? I decided to try the High Speed with the Shavette, I didn't get the soap slick enough, everything felt off but I got through it. A single pass with the shavette, some detailing work with the Schick E3, and then a final touchup with witch hazel with only a few nicks.

    This is a much more pleasant experience. I get a lot of the top notes they mentioned on the site, but not too many of the middle notes (which usually escape me on most scents) and more tobacco and vanilla musk than anything on the back end. I was hoping for a bit more woody scent to come through, so I don't get much pine. Overall, though it is a pretty nice fougere.

    Soap: CK Porthos
    Thayers Rose
    AS: CK Porthos

    Good evening gentlemen!

    Excellent shave this evening! Two pass with touch up. DFS. Just a tickle from the alum.

    Twenty one shaves with the Blackbird OC this month. Twenty rating from very good to excellent. One rough shave.

    I think next month is going to be just for fun June. No rhyme, no reason, just enjoy the process.

    Focusing on the Rex is a great idea! I'm sure that and the NEW LC I'm getting from @Jayaruh will get more than their fair share of attention. I'll be watching your focus with interest. I'm curious to see how you progress through the different settings.
