Bet you say that to all the girls. Ok, but I might not make it past AZ. Still hate FedEx. Not the drivers per se, but the way deliveries are so slow.
Time to head home. I will check in at home. I am going to go band my head off a wall for 2 minutes, drink a glass of scotch and then repeat.
It is quite possible. Only one way to really find out. I'll PM you all their phone numbers. Works for me. I should visit my father anyhow. How does Pheonix work for you (yes, I know what the Oxford English Dictionary says and I'm rebelling)? Our driver is awesome. He spent the first few months I was here avoiding me because they were shorting my shipments, but now he goes the extra mile and tracks anything I'm missing down for me. Good guy.
Still waiting. How long does it take to find 2 girls' numbers? Is there anywhere else in AZ? (yes, I consider all the surrounding cities part of Phoenix. They all run together anyway. If you don't know the area, you can't tell when you've left Mesa and entered Gilbert, or any of the other cities) You truly are rich then.
If only it was that simple. I've raced cars in Prescott so I am positive that other places do exist in Arizona. Making the personal public. Interesting.
Sorry I'm late I was out spoiling my liver I couldn't wait The sun was up for far too long today And I can't see straight But the two of you look awfully pretty Yeah, f'in beautiful I've got a song stuck in my head.
Buffalo buffalo Buffalo buffalo buffalo buffalo Buffalo buffalo. that is actually a real sentence that can be considered grammatically correct
Uh-oh. What happened? I just moved one guy to part time. Painful thing to have to do, but thems the brakes.
I am just tired of the following situatuon. Employee: Where should I get this Me: I don't know what do you think Employee: I don't know how to do it. Me: Guess what I have to figure it out on my own, you can do the same. Seems like I have problem makers not problem solvers. I am not talking about technicall, hard things here. This is common sense stuff.
Yeah, I hear you on that. My response is usually pretty straight forward - figure it out or I'll find someone that will. Seems to work for me.
I have always wanted to use that. Unfortunately the job market is very, very tight here in Wyoming. We have a huge energy boost (coal and coalbed methane that takes many, many employees). If I had to go looking for someone right now it would probably take me 2-3 months and then I would be taking my only applicant.
There have been dealers closing right and left here. I can literally cycle through whoever I want for whatever I want to pay them. Not that I want to have to do that, though.
That would be so awesome. My other issue with finding help is that I literally spend 2-3 months training these guys in our computer system let alone this and that part. It would be so nice to be able to find a guy I didn't have to train in either.
