    Fri 1st June

    RazoRock Syn. 24mm
    Lea Classic soap
    Mongoose B3
    Schick Proline [ 11 ]
    Lea Classic A/S Lotion

Rather pushing the blade a bit again, so was careful during the Shave. I am very pleased to say that not only
was the Shave smooth and comfortable, but the quality of all round finish is Top notch. For me the Schick Proline
is the blade to beat in terms of Shave quality and price, the Razor is not bad too!

    Pre: Cold water face wash,
    Brush: Vulfix 404 Badger/Boar

    Soap: Razorock Nervous Wreck
    Razor: Cobra Classic
    Blade: Schick Proline P
Post: Cold water rinse, Tuff Red ASL

    IMG_20180602_114338.jpg
It's my first use of a Razorock soap and it's not bad stuff at all.
The scent is pleasant without being overpowering, the cushion and slickness are above average and the post shave is pretty good.
I've been away for a couple of days and took a Schick I1 fitted with a twin blade. A very good travel razor but it was great to shave with a weightier razor today.
    Have a great weekend everyone.

    RazoRock Plissoft 22mm
    Cyril Salter Solid soap
    Schick Type F
    Schick S/S Single- Japan [ 10 ]
    Pitralon Polar A/S Lotion

I did say yesterday, that I felt that I could get better Shaves with some of my Vintage Injectors than I did with the modern Supply SE. I certainly verified that statement by using the Type F, smooth comfortable and such a close Shave
wth a blade on its 10th outing. I feel very lucky to own such a Classic Razor which I think has to be my No1 Injector.

A lovely relaxed Sunday shave and the Salter's soap brought out the absolute best from the DeHaven.
All rounded off beautifully by the Pitralon.
    Enjoy!

    Gem 1907 Lather Catcher

    Thayer's Peach WH
    Tabac AS

I started off with Proraso Pre Shave. The LaToja Shaving Soap face-lathered well with the Jayaruh #292 High Mountain White badger brush. I did two passes with the Gem 1907 Lather Catcher Razor with an Original Gem Cutlery SE blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Thayer's Peach WH and then Tabac AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Good morning friends. A very fine three pass shave today with the PAL Injecto-Matic. Excellent lather from the TFS Ginestra Di Taormina shave soap. Acceptable performance from this old Fine 20mm synthetic but i was quickly reminded why i no longer use any of my other brushes. The Semogue 620 is just perfect for my face lathering needs. Smooth and refreshed, enjoy your day friends. ☺️

I believe the twin injector blades came out in the eighties. Telly Savalas was pushing Gillettes version and Kojak was still in production on TV.
