  1. Edit: Soap and aftershave are PAA and not Crown King. Oops

  4. Back to basics with Proraso Red and the Edwin Jager DE89. I don't really have a basic brush though.[IMG]

Prep: Cold water and Stirling mentholated pre-shave soap
    Blade: Personna
Razor: Supply injector - one dot sensitive plate
    Brush: Stirling Kong synthetic
Soap: Jeeves of Hudson Street Bay Rum
Post: Witch hazel, Speick aftershave, Stirling Glacial unscented balm

Excellent shave from the Supply injector. Changed to the sensitive plate and really enjoyed the shave and the results. I'm getting the hang of this razor pretty well.

Marvelous lather from the Jeeves soap as usual. I moved it to a different bowl so I can load more. Probably three or four shaves left on the remaining bit.

Nice shave overall. Enjoy the rest of your weekend!

  7. Moving it to a different bowl is the beginning of the end. :happy088:
  8. Let's hope so. This has been a great soap. At the same time I'm ready to move on to something different.
  9. I get it. I unceremoniously finished off my WSO. Even if I shaved 5x/day I would NEVER use up all of my soap.

  10. Very nice Neal! It may be basic, but it'll provide a premium finish!

  11. Nice setup Chris! Those contours don't show up very often

  12. Cold water and I don't get along for the same reason. I could be using the sharpest blade and it still feels tuggy!

Excellent shot Clint! I hope you are having a great time at the party!

So will it be a one and done for the CL?

Awesome setup, I've been eyeballing some PAA soaps!

Very nice Perry, only a few left!

  16. I have never tried the brand of soap with bison tallow. Does the bison tallow overpower the lavender scent of the soap?
  17. Wonderful shave Jim.
  18. Thank you Jim.
  19. Excellent shave. Glad to see you posting again.
  20. Great shave and photo Perry. Load that soap like you hate it. ;)
