I just got a few glacial samples and they are great! I wish stirling would make a glacial unscented! (Kinda like Soap commander’s integrity)

I started off with Proraso Pre Shave. The Tabac Shaving Soap face-lathered well with the Jayaruh #288 Synthetic brush. I did two passes with the Gem Damaskeene OC Razor with a CVS Carbon Steel SE blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Thayer's Peach WH and then Tabac AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Good morning friends. Excellent three pass shave today with the Schick N1 fitted with a twin blade. Marvelous lather from the Proraso shave cream. I finished with Old Spice.. smooth and refreshed. Enjoy your day friends. ☺️

June 4, 2018 - Monday Night Shave
MENTHOL MONDAY

The Stirling Glacials (I have almost all of them) are the best Menthol soaps for me, the Rich Tallow Formula seems to penetrate the Menthol into the skine like no other soap. I also started using the "MENTHA SCRUB" bath soap from stirling, it has a sand or menthol crystal in the soap for maximum exfoliation, NO other bath soap is colder - must exaggerate a soap's coldness - but the mentha scrub left me shivering out of the shower - it was crazy. The C bigelow mentha bar soap is also great but not as cold.
I took the old lady for a drive last night - the Hussy made me blush.

The 1914 - for whatever reason ? More blade? and with a Carbon blade (the PTFE works but is almost too sharp at first) i can just glide over my skin, that rigid blade with the carbon blade "scraping" - its perfection - and I can see this description being a turn off and lots find the 1914 rough, but much like OCMM - i just lightly hold on to the handle (there is a great youtube video that gave me that pointer) I just annihilate whiskers!

 

I don't know how you got that leaf to support that monster brush and the SS blackbird! Fantastic photo Celestino!
