I'm actually doing work, too.

Sending a guy out to get me lunch. I feel... guilty. But only just.

 

Hmmmmm. <we need a thinking smiley guy too> I'd go w/.....the slant!

Why else would you want to be the boss? Perks.

 

Somedays I wish I was the one going to get the lunch.

 

I'm not usually that guy. I wouldn't ever ask someone that works for me to do something I wouldn't do myself. I can't stand that.

I take out the trash. I clean the floors. I pull the parts. I do it all. Leading by example is much more effective than leading by voice.

 

Well I'm not a boss, but I've got a little b!@#$ boy I send on all my minor errands. Don't feel guilty in the slightest. It's better when he's gone and out of our hair.

Do that make me badly?

 

I just sent someone to get my lunch. Im paying for it so I dont feel guilt. I am also letting them go home an hour early. they should be buying lunch for me.

 

Those'll work. Must've missed 'em. Take five bucks out of petty cash. Get yourself something nice.

 

I try not to have people around here that aren't valuable so I don't have the issue of wanting people gone too often.

It isn't like I'm making the guy buy my lunch too.

Yep, 20 degrees today but supposed to only be 11 tomorrow. This is very strange for us. We usually get a day or two of cold but not a week or better.
