Today’s shave was brought to me by the letter S, the color orange (and orange-ish), and by one of our resident 30DC enablers, um, I mean members, Jared
@PickledNorthern .
The Supply Injector is on loan from Jared, and is was him who officially turned me onto Stirling products.
Today was my second use of the Supply, however, I didn’t have time to post yesterday’s shave.
The Supply razor is a beautiful instrument, albeit an industrial looking one. The box looks strangely like an Apple device could be inside. The razor itself?…I wouldn’t have been too surprised to see “Designed by Apple in California” in small print on the back of the box, nor would I’ve been shocked to learn that Jony Ive himself designed it. It could’ve been named the “iRazor”, or “iSupply”. Which, would certainly be better than “Air Supply”.
The razor has a significant amount of heft. The design is straightforward and simple, and very well thought-out. But, how does it shave? Well…the jury is still out. It’ll probably take, I dunno….six months to a year to formulate a conclusion.

This IS for Science, after all, right??
I finally kicked my sample of Stirling Satsuma - a refreshing scent I really enjoyed. And, if there weren’t a pile of other soaps to work on, including some that haven’t been opened, it would be on the “buy right now” list.
After an “inconclusive” ultra-smooth 3-pass shave (using the “Classic Shave Setting” plate, as it’s called), I splashed on some Stirling Orange Chill witch hazel, and followed that with a generous dose of Glacial Electric Sheep…I’m good to go.
I hope everyone has a fantastic Friday - and great shaves!
