Thank you Jared. Honestly PdP is as good as many artisan soaps and better than a lot of them. I will likely try the PdP 63 at some point.
Just damn. First it was @Primotenore enabling on the new resin handle SOC mixed knot and now you with the boar. I just don't have a lot of will power and you guys are testing what little I do have. Great SOTD photos and lineups. A bad day on the lake beats a good day at work. Sounds like you had a great day once you cleared all the small bluegills.
Stick with WTG and XTG on your neck for now. Once you have everything near perfect revisit the ATG pass on the neck. The key is don't get caught up on the results in the beginning. Just work on the technique. In time the results and speed will come once everything is imprinted into your muscle memory.
After sitting in the cabinet for 3 years it would probably serve better as a veggie slicer than a shaving implement.
Another great photo and report. I think I focus on the razor head but now I am not so sure. I will pay attention in the morning. Is the Mondial brush the same as a Zenith? They look very similar.
Great SOTD photo Rick. I hope you and your family are doing well. You guys are in my thoughts and prayers daily.
Man, that brings back memories of my mother and grandmother canning. The results are enjoyable for years to come but canning does require some work. Great job.
July 5, 2018 Rocnel SE-G Gem PTFE Rudy Vey with Shavemac Finest C&E West Indian Lime Myrsol Antesol Very early morning shave with a after work report. One of the worst shaves in recent memory. The results were very good but I managed 3 nicks and a very uncomfortable shave. The SE-G is not the razor I need to use when I am off my game, so I got punished today. The only thing that worked really well was the Antesol. Glad to see that most of you did better than I did. Oh well there is always tomorrow.
Thanks Clint. Here's an interesting thread (Mondial and Antica Barbiera are supposed to be the same too.) https://damnfineshave.com/thread-antica-barbieria-colla-vs-zenith-battle-of-the-barbershop-boar-brushes
