Nice refreshing shave this afternoon. HBR is one unique take on a rose scent, mixed with gunpowder it turns into a manly rose rather than a typical floral. Performance on Ballenclaugh soaps is excellent and the lather held a boat load of water while still maintaining cushion. Post shave feel was great as well as residual slickness. Did get a little irritation on the neckline but had little burn from the Tai Winds (the GF likes which is surprising). Hope everyone is doing well and getting a1 shaves!

I started off with Proraso Pre Shave. The PSC Caffeinated Shave Cream face-lathered well with the Jayaruh #284 Synthetic brush. I did two passes with the Weck Sextoblade Med with a Personna Super Stainless Hair Shaper and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Thayer's Peach WH and then PSC Caffeinated AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Maggard Limes & Bergamot today. 20 seconds to load the Turtleship Sivertip brush. Easy, thick, slick, lather. Gillette “Spoiler” Super Stainless still in the Gillette Fat Handle Tech. Excellent smooth, close, shave. I finished with Stirling Gentleman aftershave.

What an interesting shave this was because it's the first time I've gone beyond seven days with any blade. The results were actually very good but I don't think I'll do this again. By the way, this Green Fields can easily pass as a menthol soap because it delivers a hell of a good cooling effect in addition to its lovely scent and great lather. Many thanks again to Dave for the Prep - it's terrific as an aftershave balm.

that was a really good shave... not the smoothest of blades, but it certainly did the job... and as for Noble Otter, they've improved the formula? really? now, that is something that I'm really looking forward to!

having found the original Noble Otter base to be superb, this new base does not disappoint.. I feel that the lather isn't as heavy.. more meringue like, I guess... slickness, and protection, I cannot fault... in fact, with the 34C HD/Super Iridium combo, a truly enjoyable, BBS shave was had.. post shave feel is fantastic, and I really didn't need to add anything else. Yep, even though I had no issues with the previous base, this new formula is a hit!!.. onwards and upwards!

WOW WOW WOW.. now that's what I'm talking 'bout! ‘The Rock’/Gillette Bleue Extra gives a sublime shave, and is one of my fave combos, and ‘Forest City Fern’ is quite simply impeccable, with a super wet, super slick lather... definitely one of my top performers... finishing off this outstanding shave is Santal Auster Post-Shave Salve, and PG 02 Cozé ... what a superb start to my weekend..

Today's shave was with a Japanese Razor. I had a smooth 2 pass shave, that left me near BBS. Zero issues, with a finely made razor.

Razor- Japanese "Cherry 92" Best Steel.
Brush- B400 By Tom( @twhite ). WD Boar Knot. 5 hairs shed.
Soap- Arko/Avon Spicy scented
Aftershave- Shulton Old Spice Lime.
