Good morning gentlemen!

I opened the Rex up all the way this morning. Two pass with touch up shave. DFS result. I did the ear to adams apple pass on my neck, ended up with a bit of redness in the hollows of my neck where the skin is rough and bumpy. I pass I normally skip but on occasion I give it a try.

Yard work day today. I think I'll fire up the smoker and toss a couple of tri tips on.

I hear that. I don’t even need a rod to make it a better day than being at work.

And on the bright side, my fishing gear AD’s keep my shaving AD’s at bay. It’s another hobby that makes shaving seem cheap.

Great shave. Question: Do you find much difference in the shaves between the various Gillette TTO’s you have?

Thank you, Jared. They are all definitely similar, but there are a few differences. The rounder head on the earlier razors makes for just a bit of a steeper angle. Certainly, none of them are aggressive, but I could see where the steeper angle would give someone an impression of more aggressiveness.

 

Thank you, Clint! I still like the Ranger Tech the best. They all shave very similarly, but there is something about this razor I just like.

Thank you Charlie. The OneBlade is very different from the beast. Already visited some watch websites again today. I think the Rocnel and one or two other things will soon be leaving the den to generate some hobby funds.

Thanks, Charlie. The lakes around here are a big reason we stay here. There are so many of them, we often have a hard time deciding which one to go to. The one in the pic is only five miles from our house, but that was only the second or third time we’ve been on it in twenty years.
