I’ll pick a set up at the meet too. Thank you for lining these up and bringing them Adam. The label looks really good.

Hey @wristwatchb if you're looking for a nice place somewhere not to far from the hotels I'd recommend Lewis & Clark's Restaurant. It's on Main Street - historical area in St. Charles. Phone number is 636-947-3334. Or, @COMPNOR may have other ideas on the other side of the river for more St. Louis than St. Charles. But that would be a suggestion that would be nice. American style. Seafood, Steak, Burgers, you know the drill.

    I’m in for the set.

Sorry you will not be there.

It was harder than expected to get landing slot for the G5, so I’ll miss Friday night but I will see everyone on Saturday.

I'd choose the Creve Coeur location. Well, St. Ann isn't bad but you're headed toward the more "scenic" parts of the County.

By the way - Creve Coeur is pronounced "creeve core". Don't try any fancy French pronunciation of French names of streets or cities around here. St. Louis people, in spite of living in a City and region founded by the French, have no clue how to say anything. I learned that the hard way when I moved here in '05. I kept trying to use French pronunciations and got the vacant stares from everyone. Kind of like saying "who are the Cardinals?" Oh wait, that one gets you thrown out of most restaurants.

As an example of bad French - the street name Gravois. Also refers to Gravois Ferry. You might think "Grav-wah" would be correct. You'd be a fool. It's "grav-voy". Or try Bellfantaine. "Bell-fawn-tain" you say? Hah! You're an out of towner. It's "Bell-Fountain". And if you're driving in on Interstate 64 you really aren't on Interstate 64. Oh, I know the signs say that. But it's Highway 40. Always was, always will be.

Then my French pronunciation should be perfect for St Louis. During my return to the mother country, I will be eating just 'M' cuisines, 'Merican and Mexican.

    1) Is the Creve Couer location a good place to rendez-vous for crêpes? (asking for a friend)

    2) Scenic means a nature preserve with lots of deer and rabbits, correct? Or did gangster rap do its own thing again?

    3) Wu-Tang is, was, and forever shall remain, for the children.
