Many thanks for your kind words!!

As I am now an approved vendor I guess I can say this - THEY ARE ON SALE - and at much less than a hundred bucks.

I just bought the Razorock versions to compare - mine are much MUCH better. :)

Having a threaded washer would be a great aid, and certainly allow variable loft but more importantly make it easier to set a knot with no chance of water bypassing into the area below the knot.

For a simple adjustable design just mill a screw driver slot on the bottom side of the washer. When the knot set using epoxy directly to the upper side of the washer and plumbers silicone grease on the washer threads it should remain adjustable and water proof.

That’s exactly how this works. There is a milled slot, threads, the works!

To maintain a set once someone finds the loft they like, a couple dabs of Silicone Sealant (not grease) on the bottom will keep the disc from turning but also be easy to pull out to make changes.

So now you have had the T-400 for a month or more what are your thoughts on it?

Shocking I know but those badger knots were the first I have ever set. I was so nervous to get them just right. I seemed to have done a good job.

It's perfect. Better than a rubberset 400 in quality and function.
And the knot you commissioned, very nice. It's soft but not floppy, dense and luxurious. It's what one would expect from a silvertip, kudos and many thank yous.

I find myself finding a reason not to use mine. Else I'd use it everyday.

Mine never stunk like wet dog, and i can't remember a single strand of hair coming off it.
It's perfect to me, I'd recommend it highly to anyone. Veteran shavers will love it, newer guys wouldn't need to fall into ads (because if the interchangeability).
What would a set with all four knots and a handle run?
